Abstract

This is the sixteenth volume of The Socialist Register, and we wish once again to express our thanks for their help to our contributors; to Martin Eve and David Musson of Merlin Press; and to Mike Gonzalez and David Fernbach for their translations. As usual, we must point out that the views expressed by any one contributor are not necessarily shared by any other or by the Editors.
